Exchanges and Returns
We offer a 14-day exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and it must not be worn and kept in a re-sellable state. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds unless your item(s) is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges on earring due to hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items are also not refundable.
If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you may need to pay the difference.
Important: Please contact us to authorize your return or exchange before returning to our address so that we can log your request and send you a returns form to insert in the package. If you do not do this, we might be unable to locate your exchange or return request and therefore we might not be able to process it. Please also keep proof of postage.

SHASHI covers all domestic shipping charges alongside a store credit to purchase something else directly from our website!
Note: SHASHI does not cover any international shipping charges.
Bundles / Promotions exchange
You can exchange items in your bundle or promotion for anything else in the same bundle / promotion. If the items are not in the bundle, you will need to pay the difference.

Please note that if your item or parcel is damaged, please fill in the Damaged items Form instead of the refund form so that you are able to attach photos.
