We are happy to help you return or exchange your order!
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with its original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange or provide a credit note.
The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with your store credit.
