All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email email@example.com with your order number. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.
If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. All returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging.
SHASHI only offers store credit, no refunds. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed.
